Call Description

• Awards & cash prizes: First Place: $500, Second Place: $250 and Third Place: $125. An appointed judge will select winners
• People's Choice Award. Voting will take place during the course of the Art Show. Community members will vote on their favorite piece and the winning artist will receive a $100 prize.
Previous first place winners are encouraged to participate (apply/show/sell) in this show but will not be judged or eligible for prizes.
• Artists selected may be highlighted in ERA's and Sweet Pea’s social media, promotions and marketing
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance into the exhibit. Entry fees are non-refundable
• All selected art works must be labeled with artist’s name, title, medium and sales price or NFS upon delivery
• Sweet Pea’s acceptance of works into the exhibit and prize decisions are final
 

Application Requirements

• Size limitations: Works smaller than 36”x36” (including frame) will be given priority
• Please submit 1 digital image for each entry for consideration 
• Submit image files in JPEG or TIFF format at least 1MB (1000 pixels) not to exceed 2MB
• Name files with artist last name, title, size & price – i.e. Name_MontanaBound_11x24_$1200
• Entry fee due upon submission: $35 (1 to 3 submissions)
• Work must be finished, dry, and display ready. Wired backs are required for ERA's hanging system.
• If artist is unable to deliver work(s), shipping fees both ways are the sole responsibility of the artist
• Artist may elect to offer the work(s) for sale or not for sale (NFS). All sales will be made directly between the artist and buyer.

Eligibility Criteria

• Original 2D and 3D art, created 2024–present is eligible. 

• Digitally created art and wearable art (jewelry, scarves, etc) are NOT eligible for this show.

• Open to all artists, both emerging and professional, residing presently in the state of Montana.
