 EVENT DESCRIPTION: Artists of Palm Beach County is proud to present an exclusive opportunity for our VIP Members to showcase their work in a special exhibition at HATCH 1121 - one of Lake Park’s most exciting creative spaces.

This curated exhibition celebrates the talent, diversity, and innovation of our most dedicated supporters. As a valued VIP or Lifetime member, you are invited to submit your strongest, most compelling work for consideration. Whether abstract or representational, two- or three-dimensional, this exhibition highlights artistic excellence and the vibrant creative voice of our community.

Artists may submit up to 3 works, each sized up to 36 inches on the longest side, including frame. All work must be for sale. No explicit sexual, political work, or work created with Artificial Intelligence is accepted.

 Call opening:                        April 2, 2026

Submission deadline:          June 1, 2026 (Submit up to three artworks.)

Notification to artists:          June 6, 2026 (On or before)

Delivery of artwork:              June 15, 2026, 11 am. - 1 pm, 4 pm- 6 pm

Opening reception:              June 20, 2026  5- 7 pm

          Artwork pickup:                    July 19, 2026 11 am - 1 pm

 SUBMISSION FEES: $30 for APBC VIP Members; APBC Membership is $50/year, VIP Membership is $100 per year, and Lifetime Membership is a one-time fee of $1,000.  If you wish to join APBC or renew your membership, which has lapsed, please visit www.artistsofpalmbeachcounty.org, click on “Membership” to update your information before entering this exhibit.

 SALES: APBC Members will receive 75% of gross sales

   Please price your work accordingly.  The price you submit cannot be changed.

APPLICATION:

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED THROUGH CaFE.

TERMS:

1.     Applications will only be accepted through the CaFE. No late entries are accepted. 

2.     JPEGS of artwork MUST be labeled correctly, or they will be disqualified!

Label the JPG: Artist first name-Artist last name-title-heightxwidth-price 
Make sure JPG images match the names listed on the entry form!

3.     Original ideas only - no copying of works or artworks created with Artificial Intelligence.

4.     Original works only; no giclées allowed. If giclées are available, this can be noted on the label.

5.     Work previously displayed in an APBC exhibit is not eligible for resubmission.

6.     The maximum size is 36 inches on the longest edge, including the frame. NO hanging works weighing more than 30 pounds.

7.     Please do not submit work that is not ready to hang. 

8.     We recommend covering paper media with Plexiglas or non-breakable material. 

9.     Unframed works must be finished on all sides - no staples showing. 

10.  No damaged frames or mats; mats must be clean. 

11.  All installation methods, such as wire attached to frames, must be secure. Use D-rings on back. All 2D pieces MUST be wired on the back, with no sawtooth hangers. 

12.  It is juried by the APBC Jurying Committee, and the jury’s decision is final. Please be aware that APBC officers and the exhibition committee are all volunteers.

13.  Artists of Palm Beach County, Inc. will do its best to safeguard against theft, loss, breakage, or other damage; however, it will not be financially responsible for the reimbursement of lost or damaged work.

14.  Exhibitors must bring a completed and signed Exhibition Form, which includes a Waiver of Liability and Photo-release agreement, and labels attached to the front and back of their work, when they drop it off.  IF YOUR WORK IS ACCEPTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ACCEPTANCE LETTER ALONG WITH THE EXHIBITION FORMS AND LABELS.

15.  Entry fees are nonrefundable. 

16.  Artwork must be dropped off and picked up at the designated times, or other arrangements must be made in advance. If the artwork is not picked up, it will be considered abandoned and will become the property of APBC, which may dispose of it at its discretion.

Please note that if your work is accepted, there will be a volunteer sign-up sheet for staffing the exhibition on Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5 PM, so the gallery can remain open to visitors and potential buyers.

 LABELING YOUR JPGS:

• JPG images of your work should be no larger than 3 MB each

• IMPORTANT! Label the JPG: Artist first name-Artist last name-title-heightxwidth-Price

•       Example: Jane Doe-Colors-30"x40"-$2500.jpg. The standard is to list the height
and then the width (see example).

•       If the work is framed, please include the frame size. 
However, the JPG should NOT include the frame for jurying.

 PLEASE REVIEW THE FORM BEFORE SUBMITTING – THE WAY YOU ENTER YOUR INFORMATION IS HOW WE WILL PRINT THE LABELS!

The price you submit is the final price and cannot be changed.
IF FILES ARE NOT LABELED CORRECTLY, THE WORK WILL BE REJECTED.
