The tour attracts visitors from nearby areas, and as far away as Idaho, BC and Oregon. This is a great opportunity to have hundreds of potential collectors show up to see you and experience your art in a unique and intimate way. It's a chance to sell your art during the event weekend, but also to form and nurture relationships with collectors for future sales and commissions.
Every artist is expected contribute some volunteer time to ensure the success of the tour. It is a community effort, and we are all here to help each other succeed.

Acceptance fees due: by June 20 (those who pay their fees soonest will be considered for having photos in early publications)
*Note that all CaFE application deadlines post mountain time. Make sure to get it submitted an hour earlier than their listed time. No applications will be accepted after that time.
Snohomish Studio Tour weekend is September 26-27, 10-6 both days. Attendance for all accepted artists is REQUIRED for the entire duration. Closing early or being absent effects the integrity of the tour as a whole and you will not be invited back for future tours. Fees
There is a $25 application fee. If accepted, a $175 participation fee is due no later than June 20th. Those who pay their fees soonest will be considered for having photos in early publications.
This fee helps cover costs of advertising, printed materials and logistics of running this large scale, high quality and multi-day event.
No commission will be taken from work sold at this event.
Accepted Mediums
All forms of 2D and 3D fine art will be considered, including sculpture, mixed media, painting and drawing, printmaking, photography, jewelry. Must be original art by the artist applying.
AI generated art will not be accepted.
Application Requirements
Returning artists must have fulfilled their contractual obligations in previous years.
Your application is part of your contractual agreement.
All artists: upload a minimum of 3 pieces of your artwork of the same style and quality that you will have to display on the tour. You may submit up to 5 photos (or 4 plus a video if you are applying as a studio). If accepted, these photos will be used to advertise and be posted on your artist listing on the website. If you wish to have your art considered for our paid advertising, please make sure include art that will be available for viewing on the tour.
It is expected that artists will have a good amount of work to show and for sale at the studio tour. Prints/cards are welcome. 3 pieces are required for the application, but artists will need more art for the event.
3D artists: you may additionally submit a video of your work.
Artists with Snohomish Studios applying to be on the tour: it's required to upload a short video of your studio space. This does not need to be set up as it will be for the tour- this helps give an idea of what the space is. NOTE: videos will take up one of the 5 available uploads. If you upload 5 photos you will need to delete one to make room for the video.
Artists DO NOT need to have a studio space to be included on the tour. Artists without studios will be matched with host studios after the initial jury process has been completed and letters of acceptance have been issued.
*If no host studios are available, the guest artist(s) will have the option to find a location, to be approved by SST and any rental fees at the artist(s) own expense. Participation fees will be refunded if a location is not procured.
