• The call is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age and older residing in Michigan.
• Submissions must be original works created by the artist submitting the work.
• Artists may submit up to three entries.
  Works must not have been previously exhibited at Crooked Tree Arts Center-Traverse City.
  Accepted wall-hanging artwork must be ready for hanging (frames must be affixed with two D-rings or be wired with D-rings, please no sawtooth hangers or ready made hardware for hanging).
• One of the entries may be a series. Series must be priced as one.
• ACCEPTED ARTWORK MUST BE THE ARTWORK SUBMITTED AND NO DETAILS SUCH AS PRICE AND TITLE CAN BE CHANGED FROM WHAT WAS ENTERED INTO CAFE.
• Crooked Tree Arts Center galleries are sales galleries, and works can be for sale. Sales price is set by the artist. Crooked Tree Arts Center will retain a 40% commission on all sales. Works do not have to be for sale. CTAC reserves the right to sell artwork at a discounted price to CTAC members. Discount will be taken from CTAC’s portion of the sales price.
• Photographs of artworks and the exhibition may be used for CTAC promotional purposes.
• A non-refundable fee of $30.00 per artist is required for entry (CTAC members pay only $20.00 and Guild Members may enter for free).  Should you have questions about your membership status or are interested in becoming a member, please call CTAC (231) 347-4337 .
• Please contact the front desk for the appropriate discount code for members and artist guild members: (231) 347-4337. We are unable to refund artists if they qualify for a discount and the code was not applied when payment was made.
• Accepted work may NOT be removed until after the close of the show. And it's title, appearance and price, etc. may not be changed after acceptance.
• Work not picked up by specified pick-up dates becomes property of Crooked Tree Arts Center unless prior arrangement has been made with Crooked Tree Arts Center staff. The artist forfeits any claim to the work and Crooked Tree Arts Center cannot be held responsible for any method of disposal arising from forfeiture.
• Accepted work may be hand-delivered during the delivery window, or may be shipped.
• Shipped work must include a return shipping label. Shipping and delivery expenses are the responsibility of the artist.

• The call is open to U.S. residents residing in the Great Lakes Region (Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and the Canadian province of Ontario) who are at least 18 years old.
• Submissions must be original works created within the past three years, by the artist submitting the work.
• Artists may submit up to three works of visual art.
• Works must not have been previously exhibited at Crooked Tree Arts Center- Petoskey.
• Accepted two-dimensional canvas artwork or works on paper must be framed and wired with D-rings for hanging.
• Accepted works must be "installation ready" with appropriate hardware for hanging and installing (detailed above).
• Crooked Tree Arts Center galleries are sales galleries, and works can be for sale. Sales prices are set by the artists. Crooked Tree Arts Center will retain a 40% commission on all sales. Works do not have to be for sale. Your submission information, including title, medium, sales price, may not be changed by subsequent inventory sheets. Labels are generated directly from CaFé.

• By submitting work to this exhibition opportunity, the artist agrees to all terms and conditions described in the exhibition prospectus.

Submission Procedure:

• Submit up to 3 works in any visual medium, for jury.
• Include a narrative statement about how your work(s), and or practice relate to the theme Echoes.
• Entries must be submitted online via CaFÉ, and file formats must meet CaFÉ specifications (see above). Complete the required entry forms, including title, medium, size, and retail price of the work (or NFS) as well as a statement describing how your work fits the theme. Information about your works should be accurate. Titles, media, and retail prices of the works must remain the same and cannot be updated in subsequent inventory forms. Labels for invited works are generated directly from your CaFé submission.
• Invited works can be shipped or hand delivered.  They must arrive within the delivery window, or special arrangements must be made, by August 18, with the Visual Arts Director. Upon arrival, works must be clearly labeled with the artist's name, artwork title, and medium; labels should be secured to the back of 2D work, or an appropriate place on 3D works. Digital works should have file names that match the original submissions.
• Shipped work must include return shipping labels. CTAC does not pay for return shipping.  Artists are responsible for the transportation of works to and from Crooked Tree Arts Center, within the specified time frames.
