ENTRY FEE
Artists may enter up to four works of art. The first entry is covered by an entry fee of $25. Each additional work of art is a $5 media fee (3 additional images max). The entry fee is nonrefundable. You may pay with a credit card online directly through CaFE Entry. Mark Arts will retain submitted images as part of its exhibition records. 

PRICES AND SALES
All accepted entries included in the exhibition shall be available for sale. Exhibited work shall be sold only through Mark Arts during the exhibition period. A 40% commission is charged on all sales from this exhibition. The artist is responsible for including this commission in the price stated on the entry form. Prices submitted on the entry form are considered final and will not be adjusted. Sales tax will be added to the price of the work when it is sold. All work may also be for sale online at Mark Arts Online Sales Gallery. Artists must own the work and have the unrestricted right to exhibit and sell the work at Mark Arts. If the artist is represented by a gallery that requires a commission, the artist will be required to pay the gallery the commission from their proceeds. To receive payment, artists must submit a W9 form to the Mark Arts Bookkeeping Department.

DELIVERY OF ARTWORK
Selected artworks for exhibition may be shipped or hand-delivered to Mark Arts (1307 N. Rock Road, Wichita, KS 67206). All works must be received no later than Friday, September 11, 2026. The artist is responsible for packing the artworks and all shipping costs and in-transit insurance to and from Mark Arts. Mark Arts is not responsible for any loss of or damage to artwork in transportation to Mark Arts. Shipped artwork must be sent prepaid in substantial, reusable containers. Instructions and payment for return shipping and a self-addressed shipping label should accompany the delivered artwork. (Prepaid UPS or FedEx label for return shipping is required.) Hand delivered artwork may be brought directly to Mark Arts, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Please note that Mark Arts is closed on Sundays and Mondays. RETURN OF ARTWORK
Accepted entries, after being submitted, may not be removed before the closing of the exhibition. No substitutions will be allowed. Hand-delivered artwork may be picked up by the artist at Mark Arts beginning Tuesday, December 15, 2026, during normal business hours (set forth above). Artwork that was shipped shall be repackaged by Mark Arts in the reusable container supplied by the artist and will be shipped using the pre-paid label provided by the artist. Mark Arts will exercise due care in packing shipped artwork but is not responsible for any loss of or damage to artwork in transportation. If return shipping cannot be completed, or if hand-delivered artwork is not picked up by Monday, March 15, 2027, Mark Arts will dispose of the artwork in any way it sees fit without liability or further notice to the artist or lender.

DAMAGES
While every care will be exercised in the handling of all works submitted, Mark Arts cannot assume liability for any loss of or damage to artwork in transportation or otherwise. The artist bears all responsibility for any insurance coverage related to the exhibition and transportation of their artwork.

VENUE
Mark Arts shall exhibit the work during normal business hours, between October 2-December 12, 2026, in the Gladys and Karl T. Wiedemann Gallery. The Mark Arts galleries are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., but on certain occasions the galleries may be rented for a private function, and during that time it will be temporarily closed to the public. Such closures will be posted on the Mark Arts website. For private functions, Mark Arts reserves the right to temporarily move art to ensure its safety, or at the request of the rental client.

MARKETING 

Mark Arts shall carry out all publicity for the exhibition, be solely responsible for its design, layout, content, printing, and distribution of a postcard piece and shall pay the costs thereof. Mark Arts reserves the right to reproduce any artwork selected for publicity, exhibition printed and web materials, exhibition records and Online Sales Gallery. Other reproduction by Mark Arts of work submitted is prohibited without the express written consent of the Artist.
Artists are encouraged to share exhibition information, including social media posts, with their friends, family, and network to maximize reach and impact.

PHOTOGRAPHY 

The Artist hereby grants Mark Arts a non-exclusive license to reproduce and distribute photographs of the exhibition to the public, to transmit or otherwise communicate a display of the exhibition to the public (including but not limited to slides, film, photogrammetry, video, television, Internet and other electronic or broadcast media).

CONSENT AND AGREEMENT

Accepted entries must meet all conditions outlined in the rules and in this agreement. Submission of artwork shall be understood to imply an agreement on the part of the artist with all conditions set forth in the call for entries and in the specific terms of this agreement.
