AI Statement
AI-generated artwork (i.e., images created wholly or in part by artificial intelligence platforms such as Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar tools) will not be accepted for this exhibition. For Photo/Digital art, we do allow the use of standard digital tools for editing, enhancement, or refinement (e.g., sharpening, noise reduction, color correction), but the core creative image must be human-made.
Thank you for honoring this guideline as we aim to celebrate the vision and craftsmanship of human artists.

Jurying as a Blind Process
As jurying for this show is a blind process, the juror is not given any identifying information about the artists, and makes all decisions solely upon the merits of each work itself.

All work submitted must NOT have info identifying the artist- please crop out, cover or blur signatures, and do not identify yourself in the comments about your entry.

Any artist who submits work with blatant identifying information or attempts to contact the juror about their entry or for any reason will be deemed ineligible to participate and their submission(s) will be withdrawn from the entry process.

Notification of invited or not-invited status:
While official notification will be sent via e-mail from Call for Entry (CaFE), acceptance or rejection status (invited or not-invited status) of artwork can also be viewed online on your account at  www.callforentry.org
It is the responsibility of the artist to make sure to add CaFE to your email contacts, to make sure your email account matches the one used in your CaFE account, and to check your listed email and CaFE account for status.

However, small adjustments, such as inaccurate dimensions, or incorrect category, should be reported to the Show Committee.
Work submitted in the wrong category will be moved to the correct category at the Show Committee’s discretion.

Withdrawal of entries by Artist:
The artist may request that their work be withdrawn PRIOR TO THE ENTRY DEADLINE but no refund of the application fee will be granted.

Artists agree not to sell or withdraw any artwork accepted into the CVG Show prior to the opening of the show. However, artists may contract with a purchaser to acquire the work from the gallery on the opening day of the show, and take possession of the piece after the show closes.
In this circumstance, please make sure to notify the Gallery.
(Email to Rose at rosecvg2020@gmail.com)
The artwork under consideration must be paid for by the Opening Date of the show. (January 16, 2027)
If payment is made at least 2 days before the opening of the show, the piece may be considered a Purchase Award and would still be eligible for all prizes.
