SUMMARY - CALL FOR ENTRY
Professional Public Artists are invited by the City of Boerne to submit an application to participate in the 2017-2018 Boerne Art al Fresco Public Art Competition. This is a National Call for Entry. Art al Fresco is an outdoor or "fresh air" temporary exhibit of public art. Art al Fresco is an "art on loan" program which incorporates a variety of styles and materials. A $30,000 budget has been allocated to purchase one or more pieces at the end of the competition. There is a $1,500 stipend for exhibiting Artists to help defer delivery, installation and de-installation costs.
To be eligible to jury, applications will be submitted via publicartist.org (www.publicartist.org) or CaFE' (www.callforentry.org) and will not be accepted by postal mail, email or other means of delivery.
