Blue - so much more than a color to all of us, and as artists we look for a way to explore this in our "Blue" show.

Blue elicits emotions from serenity to authority. It denotes loyalty, cleanliness, and understanding. On the other hand, blue evolved as symbol of depression in American society.

We use it to decorate our lives and our language. Its meaning changes as it passes through different times, cultures, and experiences. Blue is associated with modern business, embellishing famous websites and logos, but was long ago a color of rich value reserved for beautiful illuminated manuscripts. It decorates flags from across the globe, and is the namesake of our "pale dot" in the cosmos. Big or small, individual or collective - the color blue means something to us all.

What does it mean, then, to you?

Images - Minimum: 1, Maximum: 3, if 3-D you may submit 2 shots per piece.
