PROJECT BACKGROUND
This Sculpture Project is an Art-on-Loan program created by the City of Brighton Eye for Art (E4A) Committee and approved by the Brighton City Council in 2011. The program affords artists increased public exposure and the opportunity to sell their works.  The Eye for Art Committee hopes the 2017 Art-on-Loan Project at Carmichael Park will continue the success of the program through this outdoor Public Art-on-Loan program, strengthening community identity and enhancing a “sense of place” and community pride for people who live and work in the City of Brighton.
