Public programs and performances will be held in conjunction with the exhibition. A full color catalogue featuring the selected works will be made available in print and online along with an online registry of all Open Call applicants. The registry will include information provided by the applicants through the Open Call and will be an invaluable resource for both promoting artists of the region and providing the public with a finding tool for information about southern Appalachian artists.

from the mountainous regions of North Carolina, northern Georgia, western South Carolina, eastern Tennessee and southern Virginia are eligible to apply for the exhibition.
