REQUIREMENTS
Texas artists 18 and up.  
One entry per creative expression category.   
View the  12 Freedoms Gained Workshop live or online video will receive extra  points. 
Fine art size  not more than 40 x 20.  Pictures of art work - JPEG.  low res. Call if you have questions.
Performance art not more than 4 min long.  MP4 submission.
Literary works, not more than 5000 words.
Close of registration and submission.  Tuesday May 1st at midnight
