The show is open to current, registered members of the organization only. If you are not a member of CPAC you can become one online here: CPAC Membership

The juror will select work for the exhibition along with a selection of special mentions which will be featured on the CPAC website and in an exhibition catalog that will be published.

Current members will receive an email with a code to submit. Or members can call 303-837-1341 or email info@cpacphoto.org for the code. You must be a current CPAC member to enter. By paying the entry fee, you will automatically become a CPAC member at the Individual level (1-year).

ELIGIBILITY
Works submitted must have been made within five years of the exhibition deadline.  All lens-based media are eligible, including but not limited to images made by film or video camera, scanner, screen-capture, digital camera, and any means of mobile photography. Entry is open to regional, national, and international members of CPAC.

AWARDS
Best in Show Purchase Award: receives $300 and the selected image becomes part of CPAC’s permanent photography collection.
Director’s Choice: $50 gift card for Artifact Uprising. 
Honorable Mention Awards: All awardees will receive a printed copy of the exhibition catalog.
Additional Award: Paula Tognarelli will select one individual for solo exhibition at the Griffin Museum

Applicant submission deadline: Friday, April 27, 2018 (midnight MDT)

Application notifications sent: May 14, 2018

Exhibition dates: June 8 – July 14, 2018

Opening reception & award ceremony with Paula Tognarelli: Saturday, June 9, 2018, 5 - 8pm

Closing Reception: Saturday, July 14, 2018, 5 - 8pm

Exhibition juror: Paula Tognarelli is the Executive Director and Curator of the Griffin Museum of Photography

Fees: First three images are free for current members; $5 for each additional image.  If you are not a member, pay the $45 entry fee and you will receive a free CPAC membership at the Individual level (1-year). 

ABOUT THE JUROR 
Paula is the Executive Director and Curator of the Griffin Museum of Photography. The Griffin Museum of Photography located in Winchester outside Boston, Massachusetts, is a nonprofit photography museum whose mission is to promote an appreciation of photographic art and a broader understanding of its visual, emotional and social impact. The museum houses 3 galleries and maintains 3 satellite gallery spaces and several virtual on-line galleries as well.

Ms. Tognarelli is responsible for producing over 54 exhibitions a year at the Griffin and its surrounding satellite and online gallery spaces. She holds an M.S. in Arts Administration from Boston University, BA from Regis College, is a graduate of the New England School of Photography and is a candidate for her Masters in Education at Lesley University. 

ABOUT THE COLORADO PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS CENTER 
The Colorado Photographic Arts Center is dedicated to fostering the understanding and appreciation of excellent photography in all forms and concepts through exhibitions, education, and community outreach. Funding is provided by income from classes and workshops, annual membership dues, donations, and grants. CPAC receives support from Bonfils Stanton Foundation and the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD), Tier III.
