Shipping deadline of work is March 15th, 2019

Eligibility
Open to artists nationally.
All artwork must be original and completed within the last two years.
Clay must be the primary medium. Open to sculpture or vessels.
Artwork cannot have been previously exhibited at Epperson Gallery.
All wall works must be ready to hang.
All artwork must be for sale.
Accepted artwork that differs significantly from image in online submission will be disqualified.
The Epperson gallery reserves the right to reject works from the exhibition, including works that are deemed extraordinarly fragile, unstable, unable to be properly installed or potentially dangerous, extremely over-priced or too heavy or large.
No accepted entry may be withdrawn or sold outside of the exhibition prior to the closing date.
Epperson Gallery handles all sales transactions. Artists receive a 50% commission from all gallery sales.
Size limitations
Art must be able to enter through the doors with a clearance of 80”h x 84”w
Ceilings in the gallery are 11 feet high
Nothing over 60 lbs will be accpeted
Shipping
1. The Artist is responsible for all shipping and transit costs, including insurance, to and from the Epperson Gallery. The gallery does not insure artwork in transit. Paid return label must be included.
2. Works may be hand-delivered or shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please use carrier approved materials for shipping.
3. Shipped work will be returned in the container in which it was received. Shipping and packaging must be clearly marked to identify the artist. Also, include installation instructions or re-packing instructions, if needed.
ENTRY FEES
There is a non-refundable entry fee for Clay Mattersshowof $30; This covers 3 image uploads; there is a $5/image fee for every additional image upload. Applicants must apply using Café’ “Clay Matters”.
