Plymouth Center for the Arts - 5th Annual International I-Phonography Competition  

Mobile digital devices offer the opportunity for spontaneous photos, an intuitive artistic workflow, and a multitude of easily available creative applications. We invite photographers of all ages to submit their favorite images for judging in a truly distinctive photography exhibition. Any image taken with a mobile device, (cell phones, tablets, or iPads) is eligible.

Important Dates
Upload Images - November 15, 2018 through December 31, 2018

Judges complete their selection (50 images) and awards (5 artists) by January 12, 2019
Selected Images & Award Winners published by noon, January 17, 2019
Five top award winning images are printed, framed, and exhibited in the elegant Russell Gallery for the Winter Show Opening Reception on Thursday, January 17, 2019
On-line Show goes live same day and is exhibited through the end of the Winter Show 

This is a juried show; our judges make their selection for exhibition from all submitted images. The number of entries submitted by any individual is limited to 15. Judges are advised to select no more than one image per artist, and only one award per per artist

Selected images will be published on our website at ArtsPlymouth.org. The five (5) winning images will also be printed, matted, and framed, and later shipped to the artist at the Art Center’s expense.

Awards: First $100, Second $75, and Third Place $50, Two Honorable Mentions. All five images will additionally be awarded ribbons and certificates.

All participants and interested parties are invited to the Winter Show’s reception. We especially encourage winners to attend to accept their award. Please watch our website for details.

Photographers of all ages are encouraged to participate
This is an open competition; membership is not required, and open theme
Entry fees are $15 for the first image and $10 for each additional entry
