Artists are responsible for delivering and picking up work. Please contact if you need special arrangements for shipping. Artists responsible for paying for return shipping if needed. All work must be ready to hang or display. No sawtooth hangers. Images and information provided in the CAFE application must be representative of the work. Accepted work may be refused if the quality or information does not meet standards. Work that needs set up for installation or has multiples must be accompanied by a diagram or artist may be asked to install more complicated pieces. For 4-D and other time-based media, EDGE will not provide equipment or other means to display the work. Projectors cannot be used. Headphones are required--works cannot disrupt viewing of other artist's works. Please provide video or computer monitors and/or other playback equipment at the time of drop off. Maximum weight of any art work is 70 lbs. and fragile work must be labeled. EDGE will take precautions to protect the premises and artwork; however, EDGE does not provide insurance for art or equipment and is not responsible for loss due to damage or theft. If desired, insurance must be provided by the artist. EDGE may use photograph accepted artwork for publicity. EDGE takes a 30% commission on anything sold through the show; this includes sales tax. Price provided on the CAFE application may not be changed. Work not picked up with in 30 days without communication will be considered abandoned.
