This exhibit features all manner of art: paintings, film and digital photography, sculpture, video, collage, textiles, jewelry, ceramics, and mixed media.

Conditions of Delivery and Return:
1) Acceptance at the image judging stage does not necessarily guarantee inclusion in the exhibition.
2) Should any piece of art differ significantly from the original image entry, the piece will be disqualified from the exhibition.
3) Shipped work disqualified from the exhibition will be returned at the artist’s expense.
4) The artist will be notified if art arrives damaged. Artwork must be received ready to display.
5) Any piece that is inappropriately presented will be disqualified.
6) Shipping containers using packing peanuts will not be uncrated and will be returned to the artist at the artist's expense. Please read the shipping instructions sent with acceptance notification.
7) Shipping containers using packing materials that cannot be reused for return shipment will not be uncrated and will be returned to the artist unopened. This exhibition recommends cut foam and specialty art boxes or crates for all transport.
8) All shipped work must be insured through the carrier both for delivery and return. The gallery accepts no liability for pieces damaged during shipment.
9) If a work sells artist may coordinate return of packing crate with gallery manager.
10) If work is not collected within 45 days by artist or artist’s designated representative and formal communication is unanswered the art will be deemed abandoned and in which case the City of Overland Park will handle the work at its discretion.

Conditions of Presentation:
The following presentation conditions strictly apply:
1) Strip framing and saw tooth hangers are forbidden
2) Stretched canvas maybe unframed only if sides are painted (gallery wrap)
3) Framed art must weigh no more than 30 lbs.
4) Hanging wire must be at least 100# weight (#3 wire)
5) When appropriate, works should be covered and/or fixed
6) Floor sculptures or pedestal works must be independently stable
7) Works that include video must either supply the presentation equipment or be  playable by a standard DVD player and television.

Assurance of Safety:
All art is cared for in the highest professional manner and insured against damage by the general public. In the event a piece is damaged the City will cover the cost of repair provided the cost does not exceed 75% of the listed of the piece. If a piece is damaged beyond repair then the artist will be paid the sale fee of 75% of list price. All work is evaluated upon receipt and reports are made to document incoming condition. Artists whose work is damaged during shipping are notified as soon as possible. The gallery accepts no liability for damages incurred during shipping either to the gallery or in return to the artist.
