Event Summary
ENDADA is the Music and Arts Festival for Montgomery Bell Academy. It showcases and celebrates emerging and professional artists in the Nashville community, including MBA students, alumni, faculty, families, and friends. The festival-style show will open on Saturday, April 27th from 11:00-3:00. It is a festive event with live music, hands on creative activities, improv, interactive arts, and local food trucks. The festival is free and open to the community. Artists are responsible for their own sales transactions and do keep all of their proceeds. We encourage artists to demonstrate part of their creative process when possible.
General Information
ENDADA takes place in the Sloane quadrangle on the MBA Campus. Each artist is allocated a space approximately 10’x10’ and can bring as many pieces of art that fit in the designated space. If you have special requests for location, we can consider them. Please note that the artists’ spaces are located in the colonnades, under tents, and in open areas where you may bring you own tent. Let us know if you prefer to be under cover or will be bringing your own tent. Additionally, let us know if you need chairs for your booth. If you need electricity, we can arrange for you to be close to a power source.
MBA provides artist signage.

Application Process and Artist Selection
Artists frequently represent the media of painting, printmaking, ceramics, woodworking, jewelry, textiles, fashion, and photography, among others. We attempt to have a varied and balanced market of artists.
Artist applications must be accompanied by a short artist bio (no more than 5 sentences) and three (3) digital images of artwork to be used on MBA’s website, social media, and printed art show materials. Images must be current and represent the quality, average price points, average size of pieces, and style of work you plan to exhibit. We have found that most of the art that sells at this market is under a $200 price point.
Images should be high resolution (if needed, refer to CaFE’s Image Preparation information, addressed via the help center).
Exhibiting artists will be allocated a designated booth space in the quadrangle, and can bring as many works that fit in the designated space.
Rules/Regulations
All works exhibited must be original works of art. No commercial reproductions are permitted; a small number of limited, signed, high-quality reproductions may be allowed, with permission. Please email endada@montgomerybell.edu with inquiries and clarifications.
The images submitted must accurately represent the artist’s work and be of the same quality, average price points, consistency, and style that will be exhibited.
Exhibiting artists agree to allow the ENDADA Festival to use images and artist bios for promotional purposes in email, social media, and printed materials.
Exhibiting artists agree to the placement decisions of the ENDADA Festival; special requests for location will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us with requests at endada@montgomerybell.edu.
Exhibiting artists agree that they are able to load in and load out all art within the time constraints listed above unless otherwise preapproved by contacting the festival at endada@montgomerybell.edu.
Exhibiting artists agree that they will be responsible for their own sales and sales tax reporting.
Exhibiting artists agree to set up their own booth. The festival will provide the agreed upon number of tables, chairs, and access to electricity (if requested).
