Jurying, Awards and Exhibitions
All selected gallery and online images will be published in the 2019 Members’ Juried Exhibition catalog, available for sale during the exhibition and online afterward.

Entries will be accepted through the CallForEntry (CaFE) online entry system.

1. Access the CaFE site and create a free personal account.
Image resolution: 1920 pixels (longest dimension) @ 72 ppi, 8bit jpeg.
Please note: Selected images and titles will be printed in the exhibition catalog directly from the information accompanying each file. Your personal information and image data will be our only source of information. Be certain that your name, titles, dates, dimensions, sales prices, and medium (archival pigment, platinum, silver gelatin, etc.) are accurate. You MUST title each image; "Untitled" is not allowed.
3. You can upload your files to your CaFE portfolio at your leisure - you can sign out and log on and return to change or add more images. However, you must complete your ENTIRE MJE entry before you check out and pay your fees. Once your MJE entry is submitted, it cannot be edited nor can you add additional images. Therefore, please do not finalize your entry until you have entered the desired number of images and have double-checked that all your information including your name, titles, dates , sales prices and medium are accurate and correct. Please allow plenty of time to enter, CaFE is an automated system so late entries cannot be accepted after the deadline. Remember to enter your CPA Discount code at checkout.

Notification and Submission of Artwork: All entrants will be notified of the results via automated email after April 3, 2019. Check your spam or junk folders for this notice.
For invited gallery artists ONLY (online artists do not submit artwork) artwork must arrive at CPA no later than Thursday, April 18, 2019. Work delivered after this date will not be exhibited.

Jurors: Connie and Jerry Rosenthal, founders of RfotofolioRfotofolio was founded in 2012 by Connie and Jerry Rosenthal as a way to build a photographic community, to give photographers access to a larger audience, and to educate the viewing public about the diversity found in photography through their website, exhibitions, interviews, and articles. Rfotofolio supports the work of photographers by awarding the Rfotofolio grant once a year to a photographer working to continue their photographic endeavors.
