The Irvine Fine Art Center's annual juried All Media exhibition showcases artwork from Southern California artists working in a range of media including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, printmaking, ceramics, video, installation, and more. Each year a different guest juror is invited to select artworks for exhibition and award a first, second, and third place winner. This year's guest juror is artist, curator, and writer Constance Mallinson.

Entry fees: $20 for a single submission, $12 per additional submission; maximum number of submission files per artist: 6
Eligible media: Painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, sculpture, ceramic, crafts, installation, video and digital media. All entries must be original and not shown previously at the Irvine Fine Arts Center.
Eligible artists: Open to all aritsts residing in Southern California.
Image requirements: Please submit JPEG images measuring 1920 pixels on the longest side, 96 dpi. Pertinent information for each submission can be submitted within the application.
Juror: Constance Mallinson, a nationally renown artist, writer, and curator. Her artworks have been acquired by the Los Angeles Museum County of Art, Pomona College Museum of Art, San Jose Museum of Art, and National Academy of Sciences. Her writings have been featured in Art In America, X-TRA, Fabrik, Artillery, and The Times Quotidian.
Awards: One first place winner will be awarded $500, one second place winner will be awarded $300, one third place winner will be awarded $200, three honorable mentions will be awarded $100 each.

Artwork delivery: August 19-24 from 10a.m. - 4:30 p.m. only, unless other arrangements have been agreed to between artist and Exhibitions Program Coordinator. Shipped entries must be received by August 23, 4:30 p.m. in a reusable container with a return label enclosed. Please note that neither the City of Irvine nor the Fine Arts Center will reimburse for any shipping fees, insurance, or other expenses incurred for shipped artworks.
Artwork pick-up: October 30 - November 2, between 10a.m.-4:30 p.m. without exception.
Presentation: Installation instructions must be provided with the delivery of artwork or in advance. Work over 60lbs. must be handled by the artist during installation and removal. The artist is responsible for providing all special or unique display props (if applicable). Work must be on view for the duration of the exhibition.
Work which does not meet the expectations set forth in the images may be withheld from the exhibition at the juror's discretion.
Loan Agreements: Completed Loan Agreements (provided by City of Irvine) are due by Friday, August 9, 4:30 p.m. Please submit agreements via e-mail or drop-off at Irvine Fine Arts Center. Artwork will not be eligible for exhibition unless Loan Agreement is completed in its entirety by August deadline.
Liability: Every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure protection and careful handling of your artwork. The Irvine Fine Arts Center assumes no liability for damage, theft, or other loss occurred during delivery/ pick-up of artwork. Insurance coverage applies only to the duration of the exhibition.
Sales: The Irvine Fine Arts Center will retain 25% commission on any work sold during the exhibition. Please consider this in your retail pricing. Price is necessary for insurance value, even if the artwork is not for sale. Please complete a W-9 form (provided by the City of Irvine) prior to the exhibition date if you would like to list your artwork for sale.
