THIS SECTION TO BE READ CAREFULLY All accepted works of art must be gallery ready when brought to the event facility. All hanging works must include installed hardware. If work is not gallery ready or if deemed unsafe for hanging, or poses risk of damage to the event facility and/or the art itself then the work will not be displayed. **If your work requires special handling, a unique hanging method or assembly please communicate this to the Director so that proper planning and attention can be allocated. Artist agrees to give 40% of all sales of work in the exhibit to the Peoria Art Guild. The PAG agrees to sell Artist's work at the retail price shown on record and will also collect and pay taxes incurred by sale. The PAG shall pay the artist all proceeds of sale minus commission and taxes within 14 days of the end of the exhibit.
