Curatorial statement: One page curatorial concept supporting the proposed exhibition
History of the group if applicable
Educational Value: Part of the vision for the SHCA is to educate the community about the arts and to engage the community in the viewing, understanding, and creating of art. In approximately 50-100 words, please give us information about the work (process and product) that can be used for educational purposes. In addition, please include ideas –talks, workshops, etc.-that the artists would be interested in providing to further engage our community.
Please include ten images in your application. The proposal must include images to be considered for the exhibition. If works are in production, please submit similar sample images of each artist’s work. Please include atleast one image by each artist to be included in the exhibition (unless the group is larger than 10, then choose a representative sample).
Work previously shown at SHCA is not eligible for exhibition.
Work must have been completed within three years of the date of the exhibition.
