ARTWORK AND IMAGES
Entries must be original, entirely the work of the artist, executed within the last 48 months, and cannot have been previously shown at TCA. Giclee reproductions are not permitted. Art may not be removed from the exhibit prior to the close of the exhibition on Sunday, February 16, 2020.
Artists agree to release the use of images of accepted works to TCA only as a permanent record of the exhibition and only for promotional use related to the exhibition and the art center.
Once accepted, artists may submit a high-resolution image for consideration for use in print promotions including the exhibit postcard. Please email a jpeg file at least 300 dpi to exhibitions@tubacarts.org. Please include in the subject line of your email, "Shock of the New West Print". Please include your last name and first initial along with the title in the name of the file. example: SmithJ_Painting.jpg.
DELIVERY, SHIPPING, & PRESENTATION
All artwork must arrive in a condition ready to professionally display or hang. If framed, work must be suitably matted, (white, black or neutral colors preferred), simply framed and firmly wired. No sawtooth hangers. TCA reserves the right to disqualify any selected entry upon arrival that does not meet the above requirements or is deemed unsuitable for display.
Artists are responsible for shipping to and from TCA. Unsold work will be shipped back to the artist after the close of the exhibition. Artists must provide a PREPAID barcoded shipping label for the return of their artwork.
SALES:
All work must be for sale. TCA will retain a 40% commission, Price work accordingly. Presentation of your artwork will include the price you set here, so please consider the price you would like.
FEES:
Jurying will be done on the basis of digital images in jpg format. Up to 4 works may be entered for consideration. Nonrefundable entry fee is $33 for the first image, $3 each additional image. Payments are made at the end of the CaFE™ entry process either via credit card online or a check mailed to the art center.

JURY
Artist Cody DeLong of Jerome, Arizona, will jury this exhibition. Recently featured in Southwest Art magazine, Mr. DeLong’s oil paintings will be featured in a solo exhibition concurrently with this exhibition.
