Tubac Center of the Arts “Members’ Juried Exhibit” is juried exhibit open to all members of the Tubac Center of the Arts and all media is accepted. Work must have been completed within the last 24 months. Work that has been previously displayed at TCA is not eligible. All work must be the original creation of the artist.
The Members’ Juried Exhibit is an Invitational exhibit for artist members of Tubac Center of the Arts. The Invitational passcode is TCAMEMBER19. You must enter this passcode to access the application. To become a member of TCA, please register on our website at www.Tubacarts.org or call 520-398-2371.
Juror: Nancy Chilton
Nancy Chilton received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona with an emphasis on figure drawing. She works in a variety of media, including drawing, painting, and printmaking, and has been creating art in Tucson since 1982. Her work has been shown in galleries and other venues in Tucson, Phoenix, and elsewhere. As a teaching artist and board member at The Drawing Studio, she loves to support and celebrate the creative spirit within all individuals.

Images: Artists agree to release the use of images of accepted works to TCA only as a permanent record of the exhibition and only for promotional use relating to the exhibition and the Art Center.
To be considered for exhibition postcard and other print promotions, please email a high-resolution image of your entry to marketing@tubacarts.org. Please include in the subject line of your email, "Members Juried Print". Please include your last name and first initial along with the title in the name of the file.
Once accepted, artists may submit a high-resolution image for consideration for use in print promotions including the exhibit postcard. Please email a jpeg file at least 300dpi to marketing@tubacarts.org. Please include in the subject line of your email, "Members Juried Print". Please include your last name and first initial along with the title in the name of the file. example: SmithJ_Painting.jpg.

Giclee reproductions are not permitted. Entry must be original; entirely the work of the artist, executed within the last 24 months, and cannot have been previously shown at TCA.
No art may be removed from the exhibit prior to the close of the exhibition on Sunday, January 5, 2020, including sold art.
Delivery/Shipping:
Artists are responsible for shipping to and from TCA. Unsold work will be shipped back to the artist after the closing of the exhibition. Artists must provide a PREPAID shipping label for the return of their artwork.

Fees:
Members may enter up to three (3) 2d or 3d artworks in any media. The nonrefundable entry fee for the first entry is $30, and $3 for each additional entry. Payments are made at the end of the CaFE™ entry process either via credit card online.
Awards:
Awards will be selected and presented in person during the opening reception. This year’s awards judge and exhibit juror is Barbara Rogers, of Tucson.

The Best of Show winner will receive a solo show in the Studio Gallery from January 10 - February 16, 2020.
Presentation:
All artwork must arrive in a condition ready to professionally display or hang. If framed, work must be suitably matted, (white, black or neutral colors preferred), simply framed and firmly wired. No sawtooth hangers. TCA reserves the right to disqualify any selected entry upon arrival that does not meet the above requirements or is deemed unsuitable for display.
Sales:
All work must be for sale. TCA will retain a 40% commission. Price work accordingly.
