Notice: Date Changes have been made.
The Dayton Society of Artists (DSA) is pleased to present INTERTWINED, a national call for fiber arts. All artists, 18 years or older and residing in the US are eligible to submit work. All art submitted must be related to fiber arts (materials consisting of natural or synthetic fiber or other components such as fabric, yarn, etc). Each piece must utilize fiber materials as one of the integral components of the work. Traditional and non-traditional approaches are welcome, and the medium may be interpreted broadly.
Heather Jones will be this year’s juror and $1000 will be awarded in prizes.

Update: The DSA has pushed back INTERTWINED one week in an effort to respond to the current corona virus public health issue to allow for later drop-off dates. Depending on the situation at the time, we may require appointments for artists to deliver work in an effort to promote social distancing. If the health crisis continues, we plan to hold an online exhibition of artists' work and will re-schedule for 2021 to hold the physical exhibition. We currently hope to hold the physical exhibition from May 1-May 23, 2020 in our galleries.
