Special Valentine's Day Exhibition and Juried Competition
This call is open to ALL MEDIUMS and artists from ALL LOCATIONS centering around the theme of love, or more specifically "Love Hurts" for this Valentine's Day exhibition.
Cutting edge Hermosa Beach gallery is looking for the best working artists to feature in an upcoming group exhibition at ShockBoxx Gallery opening on February 14th, 2020. The top artist submissions will win a Cash Prize and Award Certificate, as well as receiving Featured Wall Space in the exhibition. Submit only the work that speaks to you and that you feel best expresses the above theme to this Juried Competition and Group Show.
Artworks will be judged based on creativity, originality, quality of work, interpretation of theme, composition, and overall artistic ability.
Competition will also be featured on ARTSY.
Cash Prizes to top artists selected by the jury.
Jurors: Mike Collins (ShockBoxx gallery owner) and PMS Artwork.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Submit your entries from now until January 26th, 2020.
ENTER THE COMPETITION
You can enter this competition with a Single Entry of one image for $25, or up to seven images at $5 per additional image. There are also additional options for video and audio uploads. Winners will be chosen based on the quality of single entry as well as quality of overall work.
Competition Winners will be announced late January via email, the exhibition will be featured on Artsy and the winners will remain published (on the PMS Artwork Past Competition Winners site) for winners to reference on their respective resumes and future submissions.
If you are chosen for the gallery exhibition, details will be provided via email on sending/delivering your work to the gallery for the show in February 2020.
