This is a call to all FIGURATIVE art, of all visual MEDIUMS and artists from ALL LOCATIONS.
Cutting edge Hermosa Beach gallery is looking for the best working artists to feature in an upcoming group exhibition at ShockBoxx Gallery in early April of 2020. The top artist submissions will win a Cash Prize and Award Certificate, as well as receiving Featured Wall Space in the exhibition. This is a call centering around the Human Figure, so use this theme to submit your best figurative artwork to this Juried Competition and Group Show. Artworks will be judged based on creativity, originality, quality of work, composition, and overall artistic ability.
Competition will also be featured on ARTSY.
Cash Prizes to top artists selected by the jury.
Jurors: Leah Perrino, Preston M. Smith, Scott Meskill and Mike Collins.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Submit your entries from now until February 29th, 2020.
ENTER THE COMPETITION You can enter this competition with a Single Entry of one image for $25, or up to eight images at $5 per additional image. There are also additional options for video uploads. Winners will be chosen based on the quality of single entry as well as quality of overall work. Competition Winners will be announced early March via email, the exhibition will be featured on Artsy and the winners will remain published (on the PMS Artwork Past Competition Winners site) for winners to reference on their respective resumes and future submissions.
If you are chosen for the gallery exhibition, details will be provided via email on sending/delivering your work to the gallery for the show in early April of 2020. Good luck and we are excited to review your work.
