The North American Hand Papermakers invite all artists utilizing hand papermaking techniques or working with handmade paper to submit artwork to the 2020 NAHP Juried Exhibition.
As a community of artists and craftspeople working with handmade paper and techniques, we create a wide array of tactile material. Those materials speak to the core of our senses and tie us to a vast tradition rooted in the transformation of natural fibers. We encourage you to investigate the concepts of transition and change that are so inherent in the creation of paper and paper arts.
The 2020 NAHP Juried Exhibition will be an online exhibition with a digital catalogue.
We are pleased to announce that the esteemed jurors for the first NAHP Juried Exhibition are:
Hong Hong, Installation & Paper Artist;
Fabiola Jean-Louis, Photographer & Paper Artist;
Anne Q. McKeown, Master Papermaker, The Brodsky Center
