Even something small can have a big presence. A lot of the time, artists tend to think bigger is better, however exploring the smaller side of art can be a fun and rewarding endeavor with outcomes that can be surprisingly powerful. In this exhibit, we are seeking small artworks of all styles and mediums. Wall pieces should be no larger than 36 square inches excluding frame. For framed works, mat and frame should be less than 3” for a maximum total area of 81”. Unframed canvas works are acceptable providing edges are painted and clean. Sculptures should be less than 6 inches in all dimensions.

R Gallery's goal is to create exhibits that showcase the many different styles of Colorado's talented artists. You are welcome to submit multiple images, however we normally select only one piece from each selected artist. If submitting fewer than three artworks, you will need to fill in the remaining required entries with duplicate images (i.e. submit your first entry twice).

The show is run from September 22 - October 18, 2020 and is open to all mediums.

Size: No larger than 35 square inches for wall art. No larger than 6 inches in any dimension for sculpture.

Shipping: Accepted works must arrive no later than the last dropoff day. Work will be returned by the 15th of the following month after the exhibit closes unless otherwise agreed upon. A prepaid return label must be provided if sending the work by carrier.

Sales: All sales will be handled through R Gallery. A 50% commission will be charged unless otherwise stated in proceeding agreements. All pieces must remain up for the duration of the exhibition and must be for sale. R Gallery reserves the right to sell accepted works online during the exhibition. R Gallery will send checks to the artist for the sale of their work by the 15th of the month following the month in which the sale occurs.
