The Delaware Contemporary is accepting submissions for our spring exhibition Round About: Reconsidering the Object in Space. This small group exhibition of four artists will take a fresh look at the traditional models for sculptural work through the lens of today and reconsider the viewers' relationship to the presence of objects in space. Artworks submitted for exhibition must be three dimensional in form and prepared to be exhibited on the wall, floor, or pedestal. Selection criteria includes adherence to theme, craftsmanship, and innovative use of medium. At this time, we are only accepting regional artists, namely within a 250 mile radius from Wilmington, DE. The exhibition will be open January 15 - April 23, 2021.
