Las Laguna Gallery presents – 2020 Photography Show.
For this Call for Art Las Laguna Gallery is looking for works by photographers. Las Laguna Gallery invites artists working in all photographic mediums to submit images to be considered for an exhibition.
The theme for this Call for Entry is open.
Photography provides many things; proof that something happened, the ability to capture a moment or memories, or as a means of communication. Is your work innovative and interesting? Will your submission be artistic or awe-inspiring? We are looking for works that excite and inspire. Works that could make your viewer laugh or you’re your viewer cry. We’d like to see works that show your ingenuity, talent, heart, and perception.
Works in color or black and white are acceptable. All types of photography mediums including iphone, Polaroid, digital prints on any medium will be considered. This is an open theme exhibition so any subject is acceptable.
All fine art, contemporary and modern works will be considered.
All local, national and international artists, professional and amateur and multiple art mediums will be considered in this call for art.
All 2 dimensional entries must be framed with either glass or plexiglass. Unframed canvas wrap prints are fine. Prints on metal or plexiglas without frames are acceptable.
Frames and canvases must be wired and ready to hang (ie. with two eye screws and steel wire). Artwork and frames must be free of scuffs and scratches.
Due to the hanging system in the gallery, saw-tooth hangers, “clip” frames or unstable frames will not be accepted. The work must be able to be hung on a wall to be considered. No work that requires special installation or instructions will be accepted.
Note: Our gallery is open to the public now are clients and guests are invited to visit as long as they have proper PPE.
*All artists who submit to this show will be accepted and have at least one of their submitted works posted on our website, promoted on Facebook, Instagram and other social media sites.
A select number of artists will send their work into the gallery for the in person exhibition at our brick and mortar gallery.
*Vulgar, pornographic, or profane images will be disqualified.
