ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS: 
The competition is open to all 2D and 3D artists, national and international, working in all forms of painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital, and sculpture are eligible. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. This is a virtual exhibition and all works will be displayed on the gallery website and promoted through social media channels.

EXHIBITION: 
Selected artists will be featured in a virtual group exhibition online on the Verum Ultimum Art Gallery website. Artists will also be featured through online blogpost interviews. Social media attention and promotion will remain on this exhibition for 6 weeks.

EXHIBITION TERMS:
For this virtual exhibition only: 
100% of sales WILL GO TO THE ARTIST!
Each selected artist will have a presence on the show webpage (as usual), but when visitors click on the artists work their individual page will contain additional features. These features will include links to the artists website and a button to contact artist directly  for sales and inquiries from potential collectors (if selected artists prefer that Verum handle sales for them..the agreement would revert back to the normal gallery split).
Verum Ultimum enjoys a monthly reach of 7-10K through its website, google, and social media channels.

There will be a hardbound and softbound exhibition catalog ceated and available for purchase at reduced rate.

ENTRY FEES: 
There is a $20.00 entry fee for one to three artworks entered ($5 for any entries over 3, not required) ; presentation is by digital JPG image files. 
Details of artwork count as an additional artwork. 
Payments by credit card at time of entry through Cafe (https://www.callforentry.org/) or check or money order payable to Verum Ultimum.

IMAGE USE / COPYRIGHTS: 
Artist retains all copyrights to submitted images and represented artwork. Digital images submitted with artist entry are for exhibition selection only and will be deleted after completion of the selection process. By entering the competition, artists selected to exhibit grant Verum Ultimum Gallery rights to use the selected image(s) on printed materials and the gallery web site for promotional purposes only. Verum Ultimum retain no copyrights to artists work. 

NOTIFICATION: 
Artists will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance no later than 30 days after the deadline. Notification will be made via email. All artists who provide a working email address will be notified via email, if no email is provided, artists will be notified via postal mail only if accepted to exhibit. Type your email address clearly, if a mistake is made you will not be notified. 

PRIVACY POLICY: 
Artist contact information (address, telephone, etc.) is only held for the purpose of contacting selected artists and is not preserved in any database. Entry data and image files are deleted on the completion of the jury process. 

DEADLINE: 
The entry deadline is November 29, 2020.  Entries must be submitted via Café by this date.
