R Gallery is gearing up for a tremendous Summer season. Visitors are already coming back to downtown Boulder and the local community is ready to start venturing out again. The gallery is located in the heart of downtown Boulder and we want to have the walls filled with the images and expressions that celebrate all that we love about Boulder and the surrounding area.
Artwork in the “The Boulder We Love” exhibit should convey what we all love about the Boulder area. Of course we do want some great images of our mighty Flatirons and scenes from Pearl Street Mall. However, we are also looking for pieces showing the numerous hiking trails and outdoor areas in Boulder County as well as works expressing the feeling and mood of being in Boulder.
Boulder is “one of the happiest cities in America”, let’s show our visitors why.
The exhibit will run June 30, 2021 through August 15, 2021.
The deadline for submission is June 13, 2021.

Eligibility: Colorado Residents. All entries must be of original design and personal execution.

Shipping: Accepted works must arrive no later than June 27 unless otherwise agreed upon by R Gallery. Work will be returned by August 30, 2021. A prepaid return label must be provided if sending the work by carrier.
Sales: All sales will be handled through R Gallery. A 50% commission will be charged unless otherwise stated in proceeding artist agreements. All pieces must remain up for the duration of the exhibition and must be for sale at a reasonable price for the local market. R Gallery reserves the right to sell accepted works online during the exhibition. R Gallery will send checks to the artist for the sale of their work by the 15th of the month following the month in which the sale occurs.
