Call for Entries: All in the Family: An All-Inclusive Digital Exhibit
presented by Cotuit Center for the Arts, Cape Cod, MA
Most dictionaries define family as that including parents and children and blood relations. But we know that family is so much more. For many folks, family can include friends, co-workers, classmates, LGBTQIA+ housemates, kindred spirits of all sizes, shapes, and colors. The possibilities are endless. Even Buddha has a definition: “A family is a place where minds come in contact with one another.” Whatever YOUR definition of family, we want to see it artistically represented. Please join us in honoring and celebrating family in each and every way possible.
This exhibit will be DIGITAL ONLY. Exhibit will run digitally in the Gallery at Cotuit Center for the Arts, 4404 Falmouth Road, Cotuit, MA 02635, on our website artsonthecape.org, and on social media.

Accepting images of 2D and 3D work. Professional and Amateur submissions accepted.
$25.00 for the first image. $5.00 for each additional image to a maximum of 6 images.
Prizes: $300 first prize. Two $150 Juror Choice awards.
About Cotuit Center for the Arts:
Cotuit Center for the Arts is one of the most dynamic year-round cultural institutions on Cape Cod. With more than 35,000 visitors per year, the Center presents 7-8 fully staged theatrical productions in the 180 seat theater, dozens of concerts and events, 25 art exhibits, over 125 arts education classes and 12 provocative theater productions in the intimate Black Box theater.
Exhibitors in the Center’s galleries enjoy the traffic created by thousands of patrons who attend performing and educational arts events. We illuminate and expose outstanding visual artists and their work to the broader community each and every day. Voted Best Gallery 2019.
Submitting Your Images
Submissions will be accepted through Cafe Call for Entry only. To register visit www.callforentry.org. All images must be resolution format according to Cafe Call for Entry guidelines.
There is a non-refundable submission fee of $25 for the first image, and $5 for each additional image up to a maximum of 6 images.
By submitting images, you agree that:
The images are your own work.
You own all rights to the images.
You take full responsibility for the content of all images, including the likeness of recognizable individuals.
Artists will be notified of accepted work by August 4, 2021. All selected images will be posted on our website immediately upon receiving decisions from the juror. We send an email to each accepted artist, but please also check the website at selection time.
Online Gallery
We appreciate the work of all artists entering this important exhibition. All accepted images will be rotated in a digital exhibit that will be mounted in the physical gallery.
International Submissions
We encourage submissions from around the globe.
Copyright and usage
Copyright of all images submitted remain with the artists who submitted them. All entrants agree that their name and images can be displayed and used in promotion for future competitions at Cotuit Center for the Arts. Full credit will be given to artists if image is used.
Selling Work
All images selected for the exhibit may be identified as for sale by the artist. Cotuit Center for the Arts will refer interested buyers directly to the artist for more information.
