HOLIDAY is a national juried exhibition organized by TAGat120ART, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the unbridled pursuit of creative expression. 

What are you celebrating? What does the concept of Holiday mean to you? Whether it's a season, an occasion or a place, a memory or a sense of anticipation, decking the halls, feast and friends, or even the journey to somewhere special, draw it, photograph it, paint it or assemble it and show us what you've got. Successful entrants will get the chance to display their work in our beautiful downtown Taylor, Texas, gallery at the busiest time of the year, as well as featuring in the concurrent online exhibition.

HOLIDAY will hang through January 7, 2022. Artwork will be separated into two categories:  2D and photography. 

FEES AND PRIZES - Artists may enter up to 3 pieces for $35.00 in the categories of 2D and photography. Cash prizes will be awarded at the opening reception and the amounts for each of the 2 categories are:  1st prize - $500 2D, 1st Prize $500 Photography

 

Application Requirements

DATES AND ENTRY DETAILS -  Submit images of your work at 120 dpi to www.artist.callforentry.org no later than midnight, November 14, 2021. Successful entries will be announced by November 17, 2021. Work must be delivered to TAGat120ART, 120 W. 2nd Street, Taylor, TX 76574, no later than November 30, 2021. 
Artist and opening reception at 4pm, Saturday December 4, 2021. Show closes Jan 7, 2022,. Works not sold during the show will be shipped out at artist’s expense, or picked up in person no later than Jan 10, 2022.

From bare bodies to brick walls, there’s no “canvas” in between that she has not dared to paint. Texas artist, Randi Frances’ body of work has evolved throughout the years into a multitude of mediums and admirable achievements. Randi’s work exudes her feelings and vulnerability stemming from the unique obstacles and traumas in her life.

Eligibility Criteria

All artists 18 years or older, working in the mediums of painting, drawing, photography and mixed media are invited to submit up to 3 pieces for jury selection that address the concept of Holiday
