The Greater St. Louis Holiday Arts Expo
The St. Louis Arts Chamber invites artists and artisans from all over the St. Louis region to sell their work at the Greater St. Louis Holiday Arts Expo at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center (210 E Monroe Ave, Kirkwood MO 63122) on the post-Thanksgiving weekend (Saturday November 27–Sunday November 28). In addition to the physical event, there will also be a digital Arts Expo (Saturday November 28–Monday November 31), where accepted artists are invited to post artwork for sale online in addition to their physical booth space. The digital booths will be open online for sales from Saturday–Monday. There are no extra fees for the digital booths.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: All attendees at the Arts Expo at Kirkwood Performing Arts Center will be required to wear masks to enter. Accepted artists must provide proof of vaccination along with their booth fee and contract after notification of acceptance.

Jurying:
All submissions will be juried by a panel of regional artists and art professionals selected by the St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce. The jurors will select work based on balance of media categories, originality, design, and craftsmanship. Decisions of the jury panel are final.
Digital Booth Set Up (if applicable): All artwork available for sale through the digital booth spaces must be uploaded by Friday, November 26 at 12:00pm. Artists will be given login info for their digital booth spaces by Monday, November 22.
Early Booth Set Up at KPAC: Friday November 26, 4pm–7:30pm
Booth Set Up: Saturday, November 27, 7:30am–9:30am
(KPAC can provide carts and large loading cart upon request. Volunteers from the St. Louis Arts Chamber and the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center will be available to assist with set up)
Open to the Public: Saturday, November 27, 2021, 10am–8pm

Booth Spaces: Each artist will be assigned a 10 x 10 ft space inside the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. Since the arts expo is indoors, tented booths are optional.
The Kirkwood Performing Arts Center has 8ft tables and chairs available upon artist request, first come first serve. You can request tables and chairs by contacting the St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce after receiving notification of acceptance.
Booth Application Fee (non-refundable): $25 for members of the St. Louis Arts Chamber, $50 for non-members
Booth Space Fee: $100 for members of the St. Louis Arts Chamber, $150 for non-members
Booth confirmation forms will be sent as part of your acceptance notification email.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your participation, please inform the St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce as soon as possible. Booth fees will be refunded (minus a $25 administration fee) to artists canceling on or before November 19, 2021. Cancellations after November 19 will not receive a refund. Artists who do not check in by 8am on Saturday morning at the latest will forfeit their booth.
Sales:
Artists receive all proceeds from Art Fair sales. Artists are responsible for filing their own tax forms. The St. Louis Arts Chamber will take a 25% commission from all work sold through digital booth spaces.
Shipping:
KPAC does not have the capacity to store artwork before or after the show. Artists should not ship their work to KPAC in advance of their arrival, artists must bring their work with them.
Publicity Consent:
Artists grant the St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce and Kirkwood Performing Arts Center permission to take photos of artists’ booths and work for publicity purposes, and to use images of submitted artwork for marketing the event.
Liability and Loss
The St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce and KPAC assume no liability for loss or damage to any property of the artists. Artists agree not to bring any suit for damages against the St. Louis Arts Chamber or KPAC for any personal injuries or property damages which may occur to the artists.
