The Paseo Project Artist in Residence Program provides an opportunity for artists to envision, develop, and execute their work with the community of Taos, New Mexico. This project-based residency is set within a rural environment steeped in history, art, and culture. The Paseo Project holds to the tradition of bringing artists from around the world to both inspire and be inspired.
The Paseo Project Artist in Residence Program is currently seeking proposals for 2023. This unique opportunity provides artists time in the high desert of Northern New Mexico and with our community in the execution of their work. Selected artists are offered a 2 - 4 week residency between April - November 2023 and the use of a shared studio/office space, private accommodations, and a stipend. Working closely with the organization and local collaborators, artists will have the opportunity to research, design, and perform their work in the high desert of Northern New Mexico.
