Our distinguished juror for our 2012 Call for Entry is Miki Garcia, Executive Director of the Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum. Keeping an open mind to the creative possibilities of exploring art through a variety of themes is a hallmark of Garcia’s career. Artists are to submit 6 jpegs of their work and a current resume. All mediums of visual art are eligible including video/performance and audio. There is a nominal application fee of $40.00. Ms. Garcia will award $4000.00 each to 2 artists from the entries. Graduate School candidates are eligible as well as mid-career to mature artists. This is an international call and all artists are welcome to apply regardless of nationality. Deadlines April 15-August 15, 2012. Applications are only accepted through callforentry.org
