An opening event with the announcement of awards will be held Friday, May 6, 2022. Cash awards are given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and People’s Choice. Ribbons will be given for Honorable Mentions.

The juror for the 2022 Rocky Mountain Regional Juried Exhibition is Terry Cooke Hall. For 20 years Hall worked in the corporate world and co-owned a commercial art business before transitioning to a professional artist in 2009.

Over the years, Hall has focused exclusively on developing a fine art career that has strong roots in California impressionism. She has studied under nationally-known artists with an intense focus on foundational principles of fine art, impressionistic light, and color.

Hall has earned numerous awards, exhibited in more than 30 major museum shows and several gallery group exhibitions. Her work is featured in several national magazines. The most recent article is in the Art of the West Magazine. Work created by Terry C. Hall, who now resides in Bozeman, Montana, can be found in corporate and private collections across the nation.
