ARTIST TIMELINE:

● Artwork entries (CaFÉ): OPEN NOW, 2025 - October 3, 2025
● Juror voting: October 4th - 6th, 2025
● Artists notified: October 6th or 7th, 2025
● Accepted art delivery: October 7th - 11th & October 14th - 18th
● Opening reception: October 24th, 2025 | 6:30 - 8:30 PM
● Viewing days: October 24th, 2025 - January 16th, 2026

Application Requirements

Open ONLY to artists in Arts Illiana’s six-county region and the Illinois counties of Clark and Edgar.

Eligibility Criteria

Artists must sign the Loan Agreement upon delivery of their work to the gallery. Artists who ship their work must print a copy of the Loan Agreement, sign it and email it back or send it along with their shipped work. Works not sold and retrieved by the artist or artist's proxy should be collected after the closing of the show, after January 16th, 2026, Tuesday - Saturday 10am-4pm or by appointment via email at gallery@artsillianagallery.com. Work not collected within 30 days of the close of the exhibition will become the property of Arts Illiana. Further communication on pick up dates and times will be provided closer to the last day of the exhibition.
