Call Description

Call for Entries: Common Ground invites artists to explore how we form, sustain, and imagine community. Submit by November 18 for the PRC’s Giving Tuesday Online Exhibition, launching December 2, 2025.

Up to thirty photographers will be selected for the online exhibition, which will be accompanied by a catalog available for digital download or physical preorder, with printed copies shipping by the end of December.

Juried by Alexa Cushing and Connor Noll of Panopticon Imaging & Gallery.

Common Ground is part of the Photographic Resource Center’s Giving Tuesday campaign. All proceeds from submission fees, catalog pre-orders, and donations made during the campaign support PRC’s mission to expand access to photography and support artists across the region.

Application Requirements

For a non-refundable entry fee of $25, photographers may submit 1-3 images along with checklist information, artist statement, and resume.

Follow all instructions provided by CaFÉ for preparing your images, checklist, statement, resume, etc. Complete guidelines for uploading images can be found here: https://artist.callforentry.org/image_prep.phtml. Incorrectly formatted or corrupted files will not be reviewed.

IF YOU ARE SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE:
Selected and non-selected artists will be notified through CaFÉ via email. We expect notifications to go out within a few days of November 27th. No phone calls please.
